hello world!
well its been a while since i blogged, i have to say facebook has definately reduced my blogging! ah well here are some thoughts for the day:

My lovely friends
exercise and exercise endorphins
sunshine
Well thats all that springs to mind this morning! there are many more things to be thankful for but for another time.
I am feeling a bit tired and grumpy this week. I have started back at boot camp which is great but it means 2 mornings getting up at 5.30am! And i havent managed to get much sleep. Work continues busy and today i need to write a gingerbread house night talk! All i really want to do is to have a sleep!!
Right well now i am procrastinating need to go to work!
