Goals!

I was reading this blog and it has inspired me to make a few goal for the next few weeks:

1. no more hot chocolates or diet coke (peppermint tea instead)
2. Exercise 6hrs a week (except when sick - like now, so much green stuff coming out my nose!)
3. Read one useful book a fortnight
4. Pray and read my bible daily
5. enforce financial lockdown until holiday (No more DVD's or CD's, no more buying books, stop using credit card, stop buying things online)
6. think of one thing to be thankful for at work each day.

So there are some goal, hurrah!

Next week i am off to see my family and i seriously cant wait! its been too long! its only going to be a short visit but i am stockpiling gifts for people :)

My parents and sister & her hubby have both bought new houses recently which is very exciting and my babies (neice and nephews) are growing up so quickly!

Last night we did some tests at boot camp and even though i am sick i improved in almost everything. I am most proud of my running improvement - i went up a whole level! but i now need to work on my core strength - ie i have none!

Work this week is focused on an upcoming kids club and womens event as well as a wedding coming up! Busy busy but finding it hard to be motivated - maybe cos i'm sick. I really wish i wasnt i want to exercise - the city2surf is only 6 weeks away and my goal is to get rid of 5kg before then, i wish!

ok thats enough rambling for me, better get to work - scripture and playgroup this morning!!

Hey Ang, just had a quick read through your blog and thought I'd encourage you with your goals!! Stick to it - especially changing your cola habit :-) I've been reading lots of food blogs lately and they all agree on one thing - try cutting out as much sugar as possible! (even if the diet stuff has less I reckon the fake sweetener can't help...)
Nice to see you're doing well in your work etc!
