Last night i was ready to sleep at 9.30pm, but nooooo i got to sleep at 1.30am! and had to be at the gym at 6.30am, this is typical!
I'm doing the relaxing thing, the warm milk, the shower---what else can i do to get to sleep, the fatigue headache is getting really OLD!!!

Sorry to hear you've been having troubs, woodie. I find that often accepting that I'm going to have trouble sleeping can do it....cause when you're like "I MUST SLEEP I MUST SLEEP I MUST SLEEP", my brain goes all bajiggedy and won't let me sleep. So I just sit up reading and think "hey, I'll sleep eventually...if not tonight, then tomorrow night". Take the control away from sleep. I know it sucks but that's how I've coped with coming off sleeping pills, pain medication and antidepressants (not all at the one time!)
Plus your body is trying to figure out what is going on with the exercise thing, give it a while and you'll be sleeping well again. You have been through a stressful time and your body needs to process it. Sometimes that processing takes the form of not sleeping. That happens to me quite a lot.
I make sure I get out of bed if I have been tossing and turning for 10-20 mins cause there's nothing more annoying than lying there cursing yourself.
Also...as a last resort....there is an over the counter antihistamine called Restavit which can help put you to sleep. Some people recommend it for a short time to trick your body clock back into action. It never worked for me...but give it a go if you're desperate!
Oh...also, limit caffeine to 1-2 units per day, and none after midday!
Love you.
ps - did you like my essay?
